Drinking milk actually makes a lot of sense bc of the calcium. There is something called the The Calcium Cycle that has to do w/ muscle contraction and the concentration of calcium. So if you're lacking, this could irritate the muscles and the cycle. You may need a calcium supplement..do you take one? I take one twice a day.
