Oh, my! She sounds a lot like my Tatiana, who also get stressed and has stress Colitis. Tatiana will eat her poop, if I don't watch her! She is not on any special food but has a sensitive tummy and it took forever to adjust her to her new food which is grain/potato free because of skin issues.
I am stay at home grandma, so Tatiana anxiety is ok as long as she doesn't get let too often!

I am so sorry that you feel the need to rehome her! I wish you the best and your little Daisy! She is adorable and looks so frail. I wish I was closer to help you out!
