Thank you for sharing this awful near-tragedy - it might save someone's Yorkie who has the same tag attachment! I'm so glad you were there when this happened and could save her life! There are so many ways these tiny little dogs can get into bad trouble. I'm hoping you are over your big scare and you all have a thoroughly quiet life from now on.
