Bless your heart...I have not had to endure this as of yet, but my cousin has it. Like Ann said, he does not complain of pain but more of crawling feelings and just the need to continously move his legs. My mother had the issue, her doc said it was actually secondary to diabetic neuropathy, and he actually prescribed Vitamin B complex....and he was NOT a beliver in vitamin therapy.....he said in the case of restless leg syndrome, this particular vitamin seemed to work very well. My concern with the pain you are experiencing, is more along the lines of muscle cramping, DVT, or cirrculatory problems in your legs. I think you really need to see your doctor....he can accurately diagnose you and get you some relief for this.
