I've thankfully never had a dog get a sticker but I guess all you can do is watch for limping or hesitation to walk - usually an immediate dead give-away there's a problem with the dog. Usually when a dog out for a walk starts to try to sit or slow way down or limp, there is a problem of some sort. From now on, I guess all you can do is try to watch out for patches of stickers. Hopefully little Rosie won't get any more of those nasty old things in her paw!
