Thank God she lived as it sounds like she was on deaths door. With this diagnosis, you MUST get her to a vet or ER if after hrs if she has another episode. You were VERY lucky you didn't loose her from this & the next time you may not be so lucky, in fact there is really no good explanation as to why you didn't loose her this time as that's way too long for her to have gone untreated in her condition.
