I've re-started my computer many times, but still nothing, this has been going on for a couple of weeks? All my security etc. is up-to-date - Simon virtually sorts that out for me.
I'm sorry that others are experiencing the same thing (not that I'm wishing yuckiness on ANYONE!!!  ) but I'm slightly relieved that it isn't just me.....

What browser are you using? My guess is that it may be a security flaw. To get around it, you could try using a different browser or "copying" the letters that stand for the smilie and paste that or type that.
