I wasn't having a preview problem - I did resize these in iphoto - but my problem was not resizing - I had downloaded a program that would resize - but it wouldn't resize small enough for an avatar.
I didn't know that I could use iphoto for resizing. I was using picture project which I think is connected to my nikon camera to transfer my pictures from the camera to the computer - I never could figure out how to resize in picture project - although you probably can. So, I downloaded another resizer program but it just wouldn't make them small enough for an avatar.
I used iphoto to crop these pictures (to take out some extraneous things in the periphery of the pictures) and then I resized them with iphoto to upload into YT. Did I do something wrong?????
Lord knows, I can use all the help I can get.
