Comfortis is the only thing that worked for Minnie, and it does pretty well for Cookie too. They're both larger yorkies though (Minnie was 11-12 lbs, Cookie is about 7.5-8.5 lbs or so). I don't think it's recommended for pups less than 5 lbs.
