I am so afraid of dentists! I tense up and break out in a cold sweat and alot of the time my jaw will clamp shut... you are so not alone in your fear!!!! I too cry on my way there and on the way home To make matters worse, I am very allergic to flouride, I throw up if I ingest even a small amount. I've been going to the same dentist for well over 15 years but I am still scared that he is going to forget about my allergy and I am going to throw up all over him
I was gonna say get your Dr. to prescribe Xanax (alprazolam) it's an anti-axiety medication. Or, what about nitricoxide?
