I also have been wearing the same perfume for 25 years, anything other than Obsession gets his sinuses going, that and sented deodorant, hand cream and numerous other smells, he's a pain on some things, but good on other things, like he never questions what I spend, so LOL I grin and bear the small stuff  | It's true. Different sensitivities exist. I can't handle any perfumes. Some give me a rash, others give me a migraine that make me lose my sight in my right eye. Can barely handle scented perfumes too.
