I hope that all of you are thinking about the vetting needs and/or requirements. These pups will need to be healthy enough for travel and each airline has requirements for what they want them to have. Most want a travel document that is to be completed and signed by a vet. ALSO, if taking any into your home, I strongly suggest that you quarantine them. You could end up with your own pups being ill.

It is not as simple as just taking them out of a shelter and sending them to someone.
I cannot help at all because we have yorkies dying in shelters in Texas...so my priority is them.

I would suggest you reach out to United Yorkie Rescue .. and if they cannot help, perhaps they have some other contacts. They used to not pull from Miami Dade, but that may have changed over the years.

Not trying to discourage anyone, but it is never as simple as it is being made to sound; and please do consider that some of these pups may have immediate vetting needs.
