Keep doing stuff with her and don't cater to the behavior. When they are scared, we tend to want to pick them up and baby them and say everything is all right which reinforces the behavior. Instead just ignore it and don't feed into it. But it is very important to work at this at least a few times a week if not more because it can develop into a more serious issue. They say a puppy needs to meet 100 people and 100 other dogs….
