It does...but since I made the pee area bigger, the boys go inside & pee in the far right by the bath tub where the bottles are. So when they walk out, their dribbles get on the pee pad. Sometimes there will be dribbles outside the baths which is from the girls! I just wipe it. I also don't keep pee strings on them anymore, too much pee stays on there. I used to find tiny pee stains on my white sheets, no more. Another thing that drives me bonkers is when some furry body pees on the places I'll be stepping on, like right by the sink. Hate that feeling, stepping on pee...but not worse than stepping on s#*! loll!
