Thank y'all so much. I really enjoyed reading all of the replies. It is cute and I had been wondering about other reactions to the 'staring' thing. Ginger will mostly stare at me anytime and anywhere. On my lap, holding her, or if she is just sitting or standing on the floor. Sometimes I'll be reading a book, watching TV or on the computer and I'll get this feeling and sure enough, Ginger is staring at me! Again, thanks for your replies...
