Yes neutered dogs can do agility. ..and flopping ears are fine also. Some even prefer them. Agility isn't like showing, the dogs don't have to meet all the same standards.
Good luck with the agility, we plan on teaching our dogs agility in our garden, just for their own fun. Hubby will make most of the equipment. Let us know how your training goes.
