I would like to hear what the result is. A few years ago I tried to get involved, but not having foster homes in FL was an issue. They did have a group that transported them out of FL....some Railway/Railroad sounding group. The one national group I contacted about this shelter told me they would not pull from there because of the problems with diseases in the shelter. (I never found out if that was valid about the shelter).
Over the years, I have seen a ridiculous amount of yorkies posted in that shelter. Bothers me, but difficult not having people in southern FL. |
