Huey was a leg lifter earlier than any dog I've seen. He was only 3-4 months old and started lifting his leg, and he wasn't around any boy dogs to teach him, either. As for marking, he marked everything he could from the very beginning. Walks were very slow because he marked every mailbox. After getting him neutered at 6 months old, the marking slowed on walks to every other mailbox
but he is still (at age 5) untrustworthy in homes where there are other dogs & has to wear a belly band when we visit.
