Tibbe does the same thing at times! It's so cute.
Mostly he stares at me anytime he wants me to do something for him or with him. If I don't eventually look at him and ask him what he wants, he'll growl or grouse, grumble a little, turn in circles, etc., but his staring is usually associated in his wanting my attention. If I still don't give him the attention he wants, he'll jump right into my lap and get right in my face.
