He said not, but I was also shocked. Looks terrible to me. I really have to trust him as I have seen him do such amazing stuff over the years. I first found him in 2007 when my Teddy Bear was a foster. Everyone said nothing could be done...but Dr. Beale did help him. He had defects and still does but he was so much better after the surgery! He has done other stuff that is mind boggling, not only for my pups but for other people I know. I have posted his information before .. he originally studied to be an engineer...I think of him as the Mac Gyver of veterinary surgery. He is creative, intelligent and a very nice man...truly loves the animals of all kinds. He often is called on by the zoo.
