From what I have read, sprouted seeds are more nutritious than unsprouted. So eating quinoa, chia, etc is good, but if you eat them sprouted, even better! I have been putting flax in my smoothies for about a week now. I don't know if it's the flax for the chia/vinegar water I've been drinking but I'm so not hungry anymore! In the morning after by smoothie I am so full that I don't even feel like eating. So when bf and I get lunch, I can only eat a half portion. I save the other half for my evening snack. A few days this week I didn't even eat it I was still full. So I would take it home for late dinner.

Usually how we eat is big first meal, smaller second meal, and third is a tiny meal, often a snack. I've been eating that was for awhile now. It's hard for ex like when we went on our cruise, dinners were so large I would only take a bite or two of each dish. Unless of course it was really really yummy.

The scale hasn't moved much, but I am happy to report that I did go down one notch on my belt! Although it's a new belt, so I hope it's just not the leather stretching.
