Kind of hard to comment further...I would simply take him to my vet immediately (as in day of sale) to have him checked out. I would not trust her vet's opinion alone.

So do you think that a hernia is a deal breaker? I mean if she is willing to pay for the surgery, should I let the hernia stop me? I'm just not sure how serious a hernia is or could be or how concerned I should be about getting a puppy that is first starting out their life with some physical problems. Am I looking at things correctly or am I being blinded by emotion?
