I need to learn more about using seeds and stuff like that. I know a lot of them are really good for you, but haven't gotten really into yet. I started putting flax in stuff a while back, but never go to the point I knew exactly what I was doing with it. I would just add it to smoothies. I am going to start educating myself on that stuff.
