I use to be really bad about eating boxed stuff. I use to buy those lean cuisines a lot. Yes I lost weight eating them, but now I just try to make my food after learning that it's not always good for you. But if I do eat them on a whim, I always heat them on a plate. Never in the plastic they come in.
