I had my first go at making Piper a new outfit.
I am a terrible seamstress but decided that I would try.
I had a brand new newborn onesie so I cut the snap part off and hemmed it for the shirt. I had no idea what I was doing on the skirt but my only complaint with it is that my denim was too heavy so it gathers funky. It's not the picture I had in my head but I don't hate it.
All in all I'm happy with it and I even made her a bow clip to match for her hair.
All of you expert seamstresses...could you give me pointers on what I could have done differently on the skirt, PLEASE!!!
