Ok, so this reference is from a friend of a friend:
Veterinary Specialty Hospital & Board Certified Vet Specialists in San Francisco, CA | VCA San Francisco Veterinary Specialists . They had a dog that had a lot of health issues and their vet would send them to this vet.
I'm not familiar with VCA hospitals, but it worked for them.
