Looks yorkie to me.

The face actually looks a little Aussie to me. Looks wirey on the face, but I could be wrong. Definitely not full Aussie (besides the fact that they're more rare, so it's more than likely just a "badly bred" Yorkie -- no offense, I have one of those, too )
