Hopefully it wasn't a puppy broker, and if so at least your baby is safe with you now and not living in filth. Those types of places are getting better and better as masquerading as legit breeders, as more information becomes available to us.

That is why it is so important to no buy a pup online and get one where you can go and check out the puppies and there conditions. Still keep your eye out because a lot of health problems wont pop up for a few years.
