A Silky was created by mixing the Australian and the Yorkie.
The Aussie is the most "Terrier" of the 3 by far. In fact, they are in the Terrier group and not the toy group. They also have rough hair (wired) and don't get shaved like a Yorkie or Silky would, rather hand-stripped. I spoke to a few breeders when I looked into them a little at one point, and think they would be a little too feisty even for me. They're also prone to same sex aggression, so most breeders will NOT sell you a male if you already have a male, or vice versa.
