My breeder just sent me an e-mail that her friend is selling a female yorkie puppy but with no papers. She is purebred though. I am guessing that because her friends are just home breeders both parents might NOT have any papers either. If this is the case, does this mean I cannot get her registered? If both parents have papers, what is the procedure to get the puppy registered.

She is 2 lbs right now at 15 weeks and the asking price is $1000.00. I know my husband said NO to another one but right now after telling him about this girl, I think he might change his mind.
