I give Callie the regular N-bone and I go with the bigger size then recommended (always do with chews so its not to small) and she has not completely eaten it in weeks and she would eat a 12" bully stick in an hour. She stopped getting bully sticks because of her tooth breaking on one. We also get the get naked chews by the same company they don't last super long but they do clean her teeth and are a lot softer then the Nbone.
