Yes she needs more than just chicken breast. I feed the boys raw, which is often scary for some to even consider. It cost a little more but my vet visits and bills are less.
You need a balance of a variety of meats/bones/organ meats. There are some great books out there on home cooking for your dog if you'd prefer to try that.
