Priscilla I now can say I like plain Greek Yogurt and you are right the higher the fat the better it tastes. it's hard to find though, I got the 2% Fage and actually look forward to having it in the afternoon now. |
I did a taste test w the full fat Voskos and 2% Fage. I was running out of the Voskos and the market I was at didn't have it, or the full fat Fage, so I got the 2%. I have to say the 2% is noticeably thinner and not really gritty! but you can def notice the mouth feel is not as smooth. However, the protein on the 2% is 20g vs 9(?)g on th Vos. Now just putting it in smoothies you can not tell the difference. But I like to dip apples and Korean pears in Greek yogurt. One of my fave snacks. The. You can really tell the difference.
