If he truly does have dry eyes, have you yet tried Optimmune? It's AMAZING. It's like Restasis (ie, for human dry eye) in that it contains cyclosporine, but it's in an eye ointment. It literally changed my Wylie's eyes within a couple days. I use it on him every other day. It can be extrememly expensive, but I get mine (you need a prescription) from Drs. Foster and Smith and it's around $30 for a tube. AMAZING STUFF. Can't speak highly enough of it.
