Nah, the video's all in jest. She behaves exactly as I would want her to behave, and there's been no longlasting change since about 4 months. She stays close because I reward her for staying close. I don't want a 5 pound dog romping around with the big dogs. She does venture off when there are no big dog threats and I let her go.
I have seen clingy dogs afraid to leave their handler, and that's not her.
