I do have a new canon - and while it prints beautiful - it is an INK HOG

....my retired canon pixma I can't buy ink for anymore and I have 2 sitting in a closet in perfect condition - but no ink ....I do not like this New Pixma Printer - way way bad on ink and the ink is 90 $ for the tanks. That is now how they make their money - Printers are reasonable but ink is high and goes really fast.

I'm worried about my little business with the labels and cards- I'll probable be ending up breaking even with the cost of ink with this new printer
Yeah, Turbo is still barking @ it! It's probably also bc I moved it. The other printer was on the left side of my desk but since this hp printer is much bigger, I had to put it on a dresser, to the right of my desk. You know how Yorkies are kinda weird about placement of stuff & we need their approval to move it? Like they're experts of feng shui or something loll!

I will def be doing the cleaning every time I put in a new tank of ink. I think that was my problem (4 x's), making the ink clog inside the machine. Ugh I know what you mean, all my past printers were pixma's, no more!
