Yes, I saw the story about the truck driver, devastating yes...very happy that he was rescued. But back to this pup, he had no choice in the matter...he didn't tie himself outside to be frozen...what the heck is wrong with these people? I wish all their dogs were taken from them, who's to say that something else like this won't happen to them. This literally makes me sick to my stomach. Thank goodness he was found before it was too late...he deserves a much better life then what he had...
