Mine was on it for a couple of years, until he started having neurological symptoms, such as unsteady gait, falling over from standing, vomiting from dizziness...the list goes on. I was able to directly relate the latest round of symptoms to the dose of Trifexis he had received less than 12 hours before, so he will never take it again. We switched to Sentinal (also called Program plus outside the US). So far, so good.
