Maybe it's connected to their name. Lol I have a "Charlie too, and he lets his tongue slip outside. Charlie has terrible teeth though, and had to have his two front teeth removed, so there is nothing holding the tongue back. When Charlie really relaxes, out comes the tongue, but it's just the tip. He is so cute, I don't mind.
