Tell him no every time he bites you and give him a toy in place of your hand. I do allow my pets on the furniture. You have to be careful when he is so young jumping they can damage or break there tiny legs ( they think they can do anything) Ears can go up and down during teething. If you don't want to tape ears to stand you can cut the hair on them so they are not so heavy sometimes that's all it takes to make them stand And then some never do. Sounds like to me he is a normal yorkie pup
