The only way to be 100% sure is getting checked by a vet, of course.

She may only be constipated. My dogs drag their bottoms on the ground as well when aren't able to poop normally.

Make sure her anal area is nicely trimmed as long hairs can aggravate constipation. Also make her drink as much fluids as possible. One of my dogs gets constipated often because she doesn't like drinking much water. I also heard that punken can help with constipation.

Right now, while you decide to see a vet, keep her well hydrated, clean her bottom, trim etc
