Hope that all goes well for him. He might have an oronasal fistula which should be repaired by a dental specialist. Since money is funny, maybe it is something that could be put off but yes, the teeth should be taken care of. The problem with those fistulas is that they can aspirate when eating, so I personally would want my pup repaired.
