I was sleeping when she picked him up, but my husband said she told him "We all have to sleep in the same house or I can't sleep". I get that when you have small children (I have a 5 year old) that you worry when they're staying at people's homes especially if they're not family. But if it had been after 11 p.m. I think I would just let my kid stay if the sitting parent was ok and offered. After 1:30 I would dread waking them up especially if they have to attend school in 5 hours. I saw her on my way back from dropping off my son this morning....No explanation, apology, etc. I did let her know about the dart gun and threatening to punch my 2# dog situation. They have a chihuahua so I didn't think we'd have that problem. Maybe with him being scared of the larger dog(who was crated the entire time) but not the other things. She said she would speak with him about it
