Thanks for the replies. Lottie has been to the vet and had it sorted , they said she was so good and they got it without sedation.
I have always cleaned their ears with cotton buds , every week for 9 years , but no more just got some ear cleanser and will be using cotton wool from now on, what a fright I got, it just came clean off and could not even see it !!!
