I have another 1 year old pup her full tail and dew claws in tact. I do have to trim the dew claw but I love her long tail.
But since I will not be able to keep all 5 babies I must make a decision. The thought of hurting them unnecessarily is what I struggle with. I know it is customary in the us to dock the tail..but that little tail is so darn cute. Do you think I will have difficulty finding loving homes for them with their tails and dew claws intact. Yes.....dew claws not as much as intact tails....this is still a "foreign" concept to most people who see Yorkies with docked tails.
