Glad you liked it! Take it easy on the salt on the salad. It's easy to go overboard. I especially love veggies with salt and lemon. So good with cucumber and carrot. And watermelon! Mexican fruit salads are one of my faves. Again it's so easy to go overboard with the salt. But that's a good place to put some chile on there too.
And our scale.... I should have stayed away. It's such a mind f***. The fact that it's not accurate too! Two days ago it said I went down 2 lbs and I was happy. Then today I got on and it said I went back up 1.5. I should just stay away. I know it's not a good scale.
Tho I have to admit I had some bread today. Had a sandwich and peeled off most the bread but I did eat some.
