Honestly though, my gut tells me this puppy isn't feeling physically well, that something is wrong. I'd put a stool sample in a little baggy, double baggy it, and bring that and the puppy to the vet asap. Puppies can get VERY sick VERY fast, so always err on the side of caution when it comes to young puppies.
