Was the switch to the new food, the turkey & oatmeal gradually done or cold turkey? Sometimes that can cause stomach upset which will cause diarrhea. As long as she's eating the chicken & rice, you can gradually add the new food to the chicken & rice & then decrease the chicken & rice while adding more kibble in the next few days. If she continues to have diarrhea, then she might be intolerant of turkey or something else in the kibble.
Well, the chicken & rice is yummier than kibble, so I would think that's why she's not eating it. I had a very picky eater, had to add all kinds of things to her kibble to entice her to eat. Gosh, I've tried everything I could think of & a couple days later, she'll turn her nose @ it! Now she's mainly eating a freeze dried raw diet that I add water to...she wails for her food, we're both happy! I'm just hoping it will last bc I'm running out of options.
You can try moistening the kibble & mush everything together. That's how my picky one liked it, her kibble moistened w/a tablespoon of canned food. She makes her own menu.
