I agree with the others and give it some time. It's a big change for them and some need longer than others to adjust.

Check for blood and/or mucus in the stool as it could be stress colitis, hypoglycemia, if he is not eating regularly, and dehydration, if he continues to have diarrhea. Just a few things we learned from the vet as well as reading this website. If the diarrhea persists, a visit to your vet is the best thing to do.
