sometimes like with any other store you have to wait for a back order. I am sure no one here would ever take advantage of you. Maybe there is some miscommunication. I have sometimes waited a lil while for an order especially if it is a busy season. Also dont forget when corresponding with a merchant a lil niceness goes a long way rudenss or accusations do not.
